Ingredients

Stuffing mix:
Honeysuckle White Sweet Turkey Italian Sausage -cooked (4oz serving), 5 serving
Kraft Simply Ricotta Cheese, Reduced Fat (1/4 c. svg), 7.5 serving
Spinach, fresh, .8 package (10 oz)
Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
Outside:
Egg beaters (1/2 c. per omelette)
-or-
Grands biscuit (2 per calzone)
Inside omelette or on top of calzone:
sliced mozzarella (part skim) lay inside omelette
Top with :
1/2 c. Prego Light Smart sauce for each
1 T. grated or shredded parmesan cheese
Tips
Egg beaters (1/2 c. per omelette)
or
Grands biscuit (2 per calzone, roll out one for bottom, place 1/6 stuffing mixture on it and then roll out another for the top and pinch the edges together) Bake for about 20-25 mins at 375 until golden brown.
Directions
Break up and fry the sausage, add chopped fresh spinach, and broccoli and heat. Then add 15 oz. Simply Ricotta, italian seasoning, 2 cloved fresh chopped garlic, and 6-8 fresh chopped Basil leaves.
If you want calzones you can use refrigerated grands-type biscuits, but they are 190 calories each and each calzone takes 2! I used the filling for omelettes that I made with 1/2 c. egg beaters. I added 1/5 slices of Kroger part skim mozzarella, chopped tomatoes, green peppers, and onions. Then I topped it with 1/2 c. Prego Light Smart sauce and 1 T. parmesan cheese. It was AWESOME! Only 461 calories and it was huge!
