Introduction

Add all the above ingredients into a blender. Toss 5-10 ice cubes in on top and blend away. Once all mixed pour into 8 oz glasses. Can also be frozen for later use. Ingredients

    2 Medium to large ripe bananas
    2 TBPS Hershey's Cocoa Powder
    1.5 TBPS Natural Peanut Butter
    1 cup Reduced Fat 2% Milk
    5-10 ice cubes

Tips

Can add in flax seed oil to get more good fats.


Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until thoroughly mixed. Sip and enjoy!

    Very nice! I am not a Chocoholic, but it might make me a convert! Froze bananas and milk to get thick, icy smoothie - may not have used all ice cubes suggested. - 8/20/14

    Loved it! I used Almond Milk instead of regular milk and added wheat germ to up the fiber. - 1/6/13
