Introduction
Add all the above ingredients into a blender. Toss 5-10 ice cubes in on top and blend away. Once all mixed pour into 8 oz glasses. Can also be frozen for later use. 2 TBPS Hershey's Cocoa Powder
1.5 TBPS Natural Peanut Butter
1 cup Reduced Fat 2% Milk
5-10 ice cubes
Tips
Can add in flax seed oil to get more good fats.
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until thoroughly mixed. Sip and enjoy!
