Ingredients

1 cup hot water
juice from 1/4 lemon
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cider vinegar
Directions
Add lemon, pepper, vinegar and honey to a mug. Pour boiling water over and stir. Cool as desired and drink. Works well as a gargle too.
