A recipe I found online for sore throats. You only need a little cayenne to open up the sinuses. The honey really helps soothe a sore throat and will calm a cough too. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup hot water
    juice from 1/4 lemon
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp honey
    1 tsp cider vinegar

Directions

Add lemon, pepper, vinegar and honey to a mug. Pour boiling water over and stir. Cool as desired and drink. Works well as a gargle too.
