Introduction

Ingredients

    1 egg white
    1 whole fresh egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. nonfat milk
    5 slices 45 calorie-per-slice bread

Tips

Garnish with low cal, sugar free, or no-cal maple syrup, and low cal margarine or butter spray. YUM!


Directions

Combine all but the bread in a flat bowl and whisk with a fork or whisk until bubbly and blended. Dip both sides of bread in mixture and fry in a preheated nonstick pan coated with nonstick spray. Cook until brown on one side, then flip and cook on other side.

Serving Size: Makes five pieces of french toast
