Introduction

Ingredients

    1 14oz can Eagle Brand Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1 pt Organic Valley Half and Half (it only has organic cream and organic milk, seriously!)
    2 tbsp vanilla extract
    1 c. 2% milk


Tips

You could shave more calories off using skim milk, and fat free half and half.


Directions

I take my 1 qt measuring cup and add can of sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and half & half, then stir it with a whisk till all the sweetened condensed milk is blended in. That is the part that can be tricky, the stuff doesn't go easily. Then I add milk to finish off the 32 oz, approximately 1 cup.

Serving Size: makes 32 -2 tbsp servings
