Ingredients

Semisweet chocolate, 12 oz (approx 60 pcs) (remove)
*Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)
Baking Soda, .25 tsp (remove)
Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
Butter, unsalted, 1 stick (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
*Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
Almonds, 1 cup, ground (remove)
Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Microwave 3/4 of chocolate morsales until melted. Let cool at room temp.
Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in seperate bowl. Beat all sugars and butter until creamed. Add vanilla extract and eggs one egg at a time. Add egg whites. combine well. Add dry ingredients one heaping spoonful at a time until all ingredients are well combined. Add chocolate. Add nuts and remaining chocolate chips until well combined. Seperate mixture onto 2 non stick cookie sheets.
form into logs with damp hands. Bake for 45 min remembering to turn and rotate pans often. Cool on baking sheets for 15min. Carefully move logs onto a cutting board one log at a time. Cut each log into even slices making 25 slices between the two.
Return slices onto baking sheets cut side down. Bake for 8-10 min. Flip. Bake for 8-10 min. Let cool completely on baking sheets and done!!! Yum.
