Ingredients

    -red onion
    -portabella mushroom

Tips

use filling in a wrap, topped with feta cheese. also tasty with chicken added to the mix, but the mushrooms tendy to be "meaty" enough


Directions

Sautee and cook onions on low for about 10 minutes, add mushrooms (cook for 5), add spinach (cook for 5).

Serving Size: Makes about 3, 1 cup servings
