Ingredients

    30 large shrimp (1lb bag)
    Bisquick 1.5 cups
    2% cheddar - 1/4 cup + 3/4 cup
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup egg whites or ~ 3 egg whites
    1/8 cup 1% milk
    1/8 cup canola oil
    1tsp salt
    1 tbsp parsely
    3 medium squash - grated
    light butter/margarine 1.5 tbsp
    1 tsp garlic salt

Tips

If you use a larger casserole dish and the mixture is fairly thin in the pan, reduce cooking time.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingrediants except the shirmp, garlic salt and butter. Saute shrimp in butter and season with garlic salt. Add shrimp to mixture and place in a casserole dish. Bake for 30 to 40 mins (until done).
