Ingredients

    8 oz farfalle pasta
    8 oz cooked shrimp, sliced in half lengthwise
    1 medium, firm tomato, chopped
    1/3 cup red onion
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    3 T drained capers
    2 sprigs dill weed, chopped
    3 T lemon juice
    1/4 t salt

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain well and run cold water to cool down. Set aside. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add cooke pasta and toss to coat. Serve.

    I loved this recipe! I did omit the tomato and added extra noodles, I used the shells off of the shrimp to make a broth instead of a vegetable broth ( I did not have any on hand) - 6/9/15
