Ingredients

    Salad
    2 Pounches Starkist Chunk Light Tuna
    5 Tbs Miracle Whip Light Salad Dressing
    4 Chopped Hard Boiled Eggs
    1/4 C chopped Celery
    1/4 C chopped Carrots
    1/4 C Chopped Dill Pickel


    Sandwich
    7 slices tomato
    7 lettuce leaves
    14 slices light whole wheat bread

Directions

Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Toast the bread and then add a scoop of salad mix to 7 slices of bread then top with a tomato and lettuce and the other slice of bread.

    i like adding minced onion to tuna, it gives a lot more flavor. Sometimes a i don't add eggs, if i do i only add 1 egg to each can of tuna. - 7/21/09

    Had it tonight! I forgot the egg and next time I think I'll omit the celery in the sandwich and just have some celery stick with peanut butter on the side, and I will double the tomato, or just buy bigger ones next time! Lol - 7/20/09
