Apple Cider Vinegar Cocktail
* Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (with mother)
* 1 to 2 teaspoons of Raw Honey
* 8 ounces of filtered water
**optional** dash of cayenne powder

Drink this cocktail 1-3 times a day, preferably before or with each meal to help with weight loss and/or skin conditions.

    I have seen several people wanting to replace the honey with other sweeteners and this is totally wrong. Honey is the magic ingredient in this recipe. Used by millions for thousands of years.
