Ingredients

    for marination of chicken-
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 500 grams
    Lemon Juice, 5 mL
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    ground corriander, 1 tbsp
    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 20 grams
    garam marsala, 2 tsp

    for gravy-
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Green chilly / Mirchi, 10 gram(s)
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
    ground corriander, 3 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    salt , 1.5 tsp

Directions

marinate chicken with the marination ingredients and keep aside ,
heat oil in the vessel,
add onions and fry till its golden brown,
and chopped green chilies,
cook for 30 sec,
add chopped tomato and cook for 3 mins or till ,tomatoes are cooked,
and all the spices and curd and cook for 5 mins,
add chicken , salt and water and mix well,
keep on low heat till chicken is cooked,
add chopped corriander before serving.

Serving Size: makes 1-cup serving
