Ingredients

    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 cup(remove)
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked(remove)
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed(remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 5 tbsp(remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp(remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup(remove)
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 4.5 cup, dry, yields(remove)
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 6 tbsp(remove)

Tips

Can use honey instead of brown sugar


Directions

Bring to boil first seven ingredients in a sauce pan. After it bubbles for 2-3 minutes remove from heat.
Add oatmeal and flax seed meal and stir.
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool.
Enjoy at once!
