Ingredients

    1 Thomas' Original English Muffin (I prefer toasted)
    1 serving of egg whites
    1 or 2 slices of Honey Turkey
    1 slice of 3/4 oz American Cheese
    1 serving of any non-fat Yogurt (I recommend Chobani (Non-Fat Greek Yogurt) in the flavor of your choosing).
    1 glass of Orange juice or the 8-14 fl oz bottled kind.
