1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp caster sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
8 skinless chicken thigh fillets
1/4 cup chopped garlic chives
1 chopped spring onion
1/2 tbsp peeled and grated ginger
1 long red chili, chopped
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp caster sugar
