Ingredients

3 medium very ripe bananas
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 egg whites
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup splenda
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons chopped walnut
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with cupcake liners; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Whisk in the milk, egg, and sugars.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the baking soda, flour and salt.
4. Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and combine well. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
5. Spoon equal amounts of batter into each muffin cup.
6. Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool slightly in the pan, then remove to a wire rack.
