    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 leaf
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, thin/small
    Cucumber (peeled), 4 slice
    Roasting Chicken, light meat, 15 grams
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    American Cheese, 5 grams


on the slice of bread spread cheese and then top it with chicken , lettuce , cucumber and tomato add salt and pepper to taste . put the other slice on top and grill
