Introduction

Very hot chili, just the way we like it! Each time we make this dish it's a little different! Very hot chili, just the way we like it! Each time we make this dish it's a little different!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1lb ground turkey (or beef)
    1 46oz bottle of V8 Spicy Hot (low sodium if you can find it)
    1 15oz can of (hot) chili beans
    1 15 oz can of black beans (low sodium)
    1 15oz can of tomato sauce (low sodium)
    1 15oz can of diced tomatoes (low sodium)
    1 15oz can of corn (can use 1 cup of frozen)
    1 1.25oz packet of (hot) chili seasoning mix (optional)
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 tsp minced onion
    Black pepper to taste

Tips

Add a small can of jalapenos for added kick.
Can use the diced tomatoes with green chiles


Directions

1. Brown ground turkey and drain.
2. Mix all ingredients into a large 5+qt. slow cooker.
3. Cook on high for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
4. Add crackers and/or cheese to your liking.
5. Enjoy your clear sinuses!
