Ingredients

    Salad:
    1 stick celery chooped
    4 radishes sliced finely
    7 walnuts shelled and quartered
    quarter of an apple chopped

    Dressing:
    1 teaspoon mayo
    3 tablespoon yoghurt
    1 squeeze of lemon
    tarragon French mustard
    salt
    peper

Directions

Mix the salad ingredients together.
Prepare the dressing by adding and whipping each ingredients together. Pour in the salad half an hour at leats before serving-keep fresh until eating
