Ingredients

    egg white, fresh, 3 large
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 3/4 cup
    Mott's Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened), 4 oz
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 4 oz
    Cream Of Tartar, 0.5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp
    Salt, 0.25 tsp
    hot Water, 1 cup
    Stevia, Spoonable Baking Formula, 6 tbsp
    Oats, 1.75 cup
    *Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels, 8 tbsp

Directions

Throw everything except chocolate chips into a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Pour into bowl, and mix in half the chocolate chips. Pour into paper lined (or greased/floured) muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle remaining chips on top of muffins and bake for another 2-5 minutes.
