Introduction
This is just a quick dinner I threw together. It cooks fast, is filling, and low in calories. This makes a lot of veggies, so it would be very easy to add another chicken breast and have a meal for two. I didn't eat all of the veggies... This is just a quick dinner I threw together. Ingredients

1 Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Red, Yellow, or Green Bell Pepper
1/4 Medium Yellow Onion
1 Red Tomato
3 Baby Portabella Mushrooms
*1 packet Goya Sazon
*Garlic Powder
* = Use seasonings as desired to your taste.
Directions
Heat up you skillet, and then put in the chicken breast. After about five minutes throw in all of the veggies.
Add the garlic powder and Sazon throughout the process as desired.
Once the chicken is thoroughly cooked, just wait until the veggies are cooked to your liking.
