Ingredients

    1 potato
    1 clove garlic
    shallots
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. chick peas
    1 c. kale
    1 medium red tomato
    3 basil leaves

Directions

Microwave potato
Sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil
Chop potato and add it.
Add chick peas, basil, and kale.
When done spit in two portions.
Add chopped tomato.


Makes 1 large serving
