    1 pkg fat free sugar free pudding
    2 cups skim or 1 % milk
    1-2 cups Cool Whip


Let pudding sit in fridge overnight to develop flavour

Any flavour can be used.


Prepare pudding mix according to package instructions. Fold in Cool Whip to taste. I like it creamy. Spoon into 4 dishes. Cover and refrigerate
