Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    CAESAR SALAD DRESSING
    * 1/4 cup lite real mayonnaise (4 Tbsp= 1/4 c)
    * 1 tsp lemon juice
    * 1 tbsp Worcestershire
    * 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
    * 1/8 tsp pepper (I use fresh ground)
    * 1" square Parmesan cheese - fresh shredded (approx 1/2 oz before shredded)
    * 3/4 cup 1% milk
    * 1 inch anchovy paste from tube

    Directions:
    Put all ingredients in a jar, cover & shake well to mix

Tips

Fresh shredded parmesan cheese and fresh pressed garlic is a must with this recipe. The pre-shredded cheese will do in a pinch, but I have never tried it. Make sure it is shredded and NOT grated. Bottled garlic will just not give you the flavor that fresh minced garlic (using a garlic press) will give you.
