Introduction

Ingredients

    2 (4oz.) pkg. shirataki noodles
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 (10 oz.) can of mushrooms
    1 (10.5 oz.) can of Cream of Mushroom soup
    2 Tbs. garlic powder
    2 Tbs. onion powder
    1 Tbs. black pepper
    Tabasco sauce, to taste

Directions

Cook noodles as per package directions.

Brown ground beef, onions, and mushrooms together. Drain off fat.

Stir in noodles and then add the cam of soup; keep stirring until the soup has covered the meat and noodles.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and Tabasco sauce.

Cook on med-high heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
