Ingredients

    2/3 cup creamy natural peanut butter
    1/2 cup applesauce
    2/3 nonfat vanilla yogurt
    3 T honey
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    3/4 cup large chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 36 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.

In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, applesauce, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and egg substitute.

In another bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. Add the wet ingredients to the wet and stir just until mixed. Stir in chocolate chips

Fill the muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
