Ingredients

    1 Banana
    1/4 Cup whole oats
    1/2 tbsp unsweetend cocoa powder
    1 pinch of Flax Seeds
    1 pinch of Sliced Raw Almonds
    1/2 cup of Soy Milk or Almond Milk

Directions

Combined ingredients into High-Speed Blender. For Blendtec choose 'Ice Milkshake'. Other blenders you may need to run the flax, almonds and oats through a food processor first.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Complete Breakfast for a happy 2nd Grader
