Introduction

Ingredients

I chicken breast (no skin) cooked and shredded
2 C whole wheat penne pasta cooked
2 C tomato sauce (unsalted)
3 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
about 1/4 C of water
1 pinch of oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine tomato sauce, garlic, parsley, onion, oregano, water, and salt and pepper. Simmer to desired thickness.
Combine with chicken and pasta in an oven safe dish (I don't know dimensions...please see pic, lol!)
Heat at 350 in oven for about 15 minutes.
If desired top with parmesean cheese and serve with a salad and garlic bread.
