    lamb
    breadcrumbs
    parmesan cheese
    mozzarella cheese
    pasta sauce

Directions

broil eggplant until browned, cook lamb, add pasta sauce. place small amount of sauce in baking pan. Add single layer of eggplant rounds on sauce, cover with sauce, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese, bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
