Ingredients

1 sleeve of unsalted tops (e.g. Premium crackers), about 20 crackers
    10t ground peanuts (50g)

    scissors
    wax paper
    tape
    Optional: food scale

Tips

I put four crackers on my food scale, zero, then whop down peanut butter 5g, 10g, 15g, 20g. (One teaspoon is 5g.) Then, put another cracker on each one.

Directions

Spread one teaspoon of peanut butter on a cracker. Top with another cracker. Repeat.

Tear a piece of wax paper at about six inches pulled out. Fold this into three pieces, as you would a letter. Cut along the fold lines.

Place two crackers, stacked, about a thumb's length from one end. Roll the crackers so that the wax paper wraps around the stack. Fold the ends as you would a Christmas present then secure the bottom with tape.

Repeat until all crackers are used.
