Introduction

This recipe is so delicious I drank the whole thing myself (even though it technically is meant for two). You can add ice cubes to bulk up the smoothie. I found frozen bananas work the best.     Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened),
    Banana, frozen,
    Fage - 0%,
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    *Good Karma Unsweetened Flax milk (or almond milk would be good)

Directions

Place your ingredients in the blender and start blending on low speed and then gradually increase the speed until all ingredients are smooth. Add another 30-60 seconds to add air which makes the smoothie lighter. Serves 2 so bring an extra glass.
