Ingredients

    Dates (soak 'em)
    Raw almonds (soak 'em)
Raw sesame seeds (soak 'em - sprout if possible)
    Buckwheat (sprout it)

1 Lemon (you're going to use the zest, so spring for Organic)
    Fresh blueberries
    Frozen blueberries

    Ground flaxseed
    Hemp protein powder
Vega Whole Food Health Optimizer (Original)
    Maca powder
    Raw cacao powder

Tips

Start 2-3 days ahead, with sprouting the buckwheat. Soak the dates/almonds/sesame seeds overnight. Ok to use all fresh blueberries.

Directions

Mix it all together, divide, wrap in wax paper, freeze.

The dates are a pain - no getting around it. Use a strong food processor.
