Raw almonds (soak 'em)
Raw sesame seeds (soak 'em - sprout if possible)
Buckwheat (sprout it)
1 Lemon (you're going to use the zest, so spring for Organic)
Fresh blueberries
Frozen blueberries
Ground flaxseed
Hemp protein powder
Vega Whole Food Health Optimizer (Original)
Maca powder
Raw cacao powder
Tips
Start 2-3 days ahead, with sprouting the buckwheat. Soak the dates/almonds/sesame seeds overnight. Ok to use all fresh blueberries.
Directions
Mix it all together, divide, wrap in wax paper, freeze.
The dates are a pain - no getting around it. Use a strong food processor.
