Introduction

Ingredients
Beef, eye of round, 2 lbs
Onion, 1 medium
Diced Tomatoes no salt added, 14.5 oz can
Garlic in pure olive oil, 1 tsp
Jalapeno Peppers, 1/2 oz
*Mrs Dash* Extra Spicy, 1 Tbsp
Tips
Adjust the amount of Garlic, Jalapeno Peppers, and Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy to your liking.
Directions
Blend Tomatoes, Garlic, Jalapeno Peppers, and Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy.
Sear Beef in a skillet.
Place onions at bottom of crock-pot and then add roast.
Cover with Spicy sauce.
Tomato and onions will tenderize the meat as it cooks.
Cook 6-8 hours depending on the thickness of the roast and the size of your crock pot.
Meat is ready when it can EASILY be pulled apart into strands with two forks.
THERE WILL BE A LOT OF JUICE WHEN THE MEAT IS FINISHED COOKING. DO NOT POUR THIS OUT!!!
