Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1.5 cups cooked black eyed peas
    1.5 cups cooked wild rice blend
    1 bunch kale 9 rinsed and roughly chopped
    1 cup chicken stock
    salt to taste
    ground ginger to taste
    cumin to taste
    turmeric to taste

Directions

Brown turkey in a large skillet. Add salt, and other spices to taste. Rinse kale and remove woody stems. Roughly chop. Add to skillet with chicken stock. Cover to wilt kale. Add leftover rice and beans. Heat through.
