    1 med. macintosh apple(peeled and chopped)
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 cup flour
    1 cup granola
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 cup milk


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line or grease muffin tins.

In a small bowl mix together milk, oil, brown sugar and egg.

In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add granola.

Add milk mixture to granola mixture just until combined. Add apple, mix till incorporated.

Pour into muffin tins and bake 20 min or until toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 12-14 muffins.
