Ingredients

    1 Package Hillshire Farm Gourmet Creations (Chicken, Apple, Gouda) Sausage - Cut into 1/2 rounds
    1 Cup Fresh Mushrooms - Diced
    6 Spears Fresh Asparagus - Sliced
    1 Cup Fresh Spinach - Whole
    1 Cup Green Onions - Diced
    8 Slices of Fresh Carrot
    5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 Tbso Sesame Oil
    2 Packages Shirataki Noodles (Miracle Noodles)

Tips

If you have never ate a shirataki noodle. Please be aware that the noodles are elastic in texture, and can be compared to ..(thinks).. Calamari slices. Enjoy!


Directions

Med Heat - In a large non-stick skillet add the sliced sausage. ( I do not coat the skillet as the sausage will give off grease. )

Brown sausage half way then add all the vegetables and sauces. Stir well.
While this is getting happy - take your shirataki noodles drain, rinse, and pat dry with paper towels.

Move back to your skillet adding in the noodles. Stir well. Allow the noodles to cook with the vegetables and sausage for approx. 10 minutes.

Now that your noodles are happy and healthy remove from heat half and eat!
