    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can
    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1/3 cup (not packed)
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2T
    Miracle whip lite, 2T
    mustard (Grey Poupon) dijon mustard 1 tsp
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) chopped
    Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped
    1t dill
    1t lemon juice
    sprinkle Herbs de Provence (optional)
