Introduction

The simplest things are often the best. Try on a salad with romaine, arugula, sliced pickles or pickled beans, baby steamed potato with chicken or pork. The simplest things are often the best. Ingredients

3 tbsp dijon (I prefer Maille brand)
    4 tbsp good olive oil
    2.5 tbsp white wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp sea salt

Tips

For a variation you can add a tablespoon of honey or agave nectar if you prefer honey mustard. Sweet isn't my thing, so that's not in the current nutritional info.

Directions

Put all ingredients in tight fitting jar and shake.
