    Butter, salted, .5 cup
    *Lactaid 2% Milk, .5 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 5 tbsp
    Splenda 96 tsp. (2 cups)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 7 serving(3.5 cups)
    JIF creamy peanut butter, 8 tbsp (1/2 cup)

Tips

You can make individual cookies. I use 9 x 13 to avoid these drying fast.

Directions

Bring ist 4 ing. to a boil. When at a full boil - boil for 1 minute
Add the last three ing. stir. pour into a greased 9 x 13 buttered pan.

chill and cut into 30 even pcs.
