1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 small apple, cored and grated
1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
25 raisins
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
directions - core & grate apple. Mix grated apple and other ingredients and store in plastic covered container. Enjoy next day (you can add splash more of almond milk and 1 packet of splenda)
