    tomato 1/2
    bell pepper 1/2
    avacado 1/2 a small one
    lettuce 1 cup
    cheese and croutons quarter cup of each
    ... watch the calories for the avacados cheese and croutons the rest are pretty quilt free.
    and a dressing of your choice and enjoy!
