Introduction

Adapted this recipe from a SB recipe I found. This is a wonderful change of pace from regular cole slaw. Adapted this recipe from a SB recipe I found. This is a wonderful change of pace from regular cole slaw.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 T Lemon Juice
    2 Scallion
    2 tsp Splenda
    1 tsp ground Cumin
    1 bag Broccoli Slaw, 12 oz
    1/2 large Zuchini Squash grated, 1 cup
    2 Radishes grated

Directions

Whisk together mayo, lemon juice, scallions, Splenda, and cumin in large bowl.

mix together broccoli slaw, radishes, and zuchini (play around with different types of veggies if you want.)

Combine mayo combo and veggie combo.

Refrigerate until ready to use.

Enjoy
