Ingredients

    1 wedge (~260grams) Watermelon
    1 wedge (6") honeydew melon (~160grams)
    4 fresh mint leaves
    Crushed Ice

    Optional
    Milk or Yoghurt

Tips

Makes an excellent breakfast


Directions

Seed the melons and cut in small pieces
Blend until smooth and add the ice
If you want to add yoghurt or milk add it in and blend to mix with the fruit.
Pour in a glass and enjoy!
