Introduction
I wanted to make a nice fresh seafood pasta dish and here it is! I wanted to make a nice fresh seafood pasta dish and here it is!Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

2 Large sea scallops (15 pr lb count) Or 2 oz of what ever size you prefer
2 oz cooked shrimp
1 oz each of portabella and white mushrooms
1 clove garlic
2 green onions (white and green tops)
1 oz onion chopped
1 gram (about 12 leaves) fresh spinach
1 wedge of lemon
1/4 cup Ragu light Parmesan Alfredo sauce
1 oz Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta.(30 pieces)
small spray of olive oil
Tips
I used very large scallops, I will use smaller ones next time.
Directions
Cook pasta following package directions.
Put scallops in skillet sprayed with spray of olive oil
cook until golden on each side.
Cut up and add in all other ingredients except spinach, sauce, pasta and lemon wedge. When everything else is cooked through, add spinach, sauce, pasta & combine.
Plate pasta and squeeze lemon wedge over pasta.
Enjoy
