Ingredients

    Yellow Cake Mix, Pumpkin Pie Filling, cinnamon to taste.

Tips

Sprinkles of powdered sugar on top while fresh out of the oven adds nice appearance, however, this is not included in nutritional information.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add yellow cake mix, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie filling to medium size mixing bowl. Blend until smooth consistency. Pour into greased muffin pan, or use liners. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted in middle of muffin comes out clean to indicate middles are cooked thoroughly.
