Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 container Chobani 0% fat Greek yogurt (any flavor you prefer)
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Oats (MUST be this type)




Tips

Will keep in fridge for up to 4 days minimum if covered. Recommend making at least 2 servings at a time to use the entire container of yogurt without waste. I usually make ~4 servings at a time for the convenience of just being able to grab and go in the morning!


Directions

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and chill at least 8 hours.

Possible Additions, if desired (only add one):
1/2 cup of berries or chopped fruit
1 tbsp jelly/jam/preserves
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 tbsp honey
