Ingredients

    2 large chicken breasts
    2 tsp of taco seasoning
    2 small cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 can black beans (rinsed)
    1/2 c diced celery
    1/2 c diced onion

Tips

Can add shredded cheese, nonfat sour cream, and corn chips


Directions

Place raw chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Put the rest of the ingredients in and cover. After cooking for 6 hours shred the chicken using 2 forks. Approx. 63.8 calories per cup
