Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
    Oats (1/6 cup - 1/3 cup) (Optional)
    1/2 Banana (Can be frozen if desired)
    1 cup Almond Milk
    1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (or equal parts cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger & cloves to equal 1/2 tsp)
    Ice (if banana is fresh not frozen)

Tips

Personally I only add oats if it is going to represent a meal on the go.

I also only add the ice if the banana I am using is fresh, but I usually freeze bananas in advance so there is no need for ice.

You can sub any milk for almond milk, I just personally use almond because it is delicious, low calorie, and nutritious!

Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
