Ingredients

    - Olive Oil, 5 tbsp
    - Chicken Breast, no bone/skin, 2 pieces
    - Garlic, smashed, 3 clove
    - Onions, chopped, 1 cup
    - Peppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped, 1 cup
    - White Rice, 1 cup
    - Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    - Peas, 1 cup
    - Salt, 0.5 tsp
    - Turmeric, 0.5 tsp
    - Water, 2 cup

Tips

In general, 1 cup of rise = 1 cups of water.

Directions

- Fry the onions and peppers with the olive oil in a pan.
- When the onions are slightly transparent, add to the pan the green beans, the peas, the garlic, and the chicken breast.
- When all the ingredients inside the pan are fried.
- Add the water, salt, and turmeric and remove.
- Wait until the water start boiling and spread the rise.
- Cover the pan and cook the rise at low heat for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let repose the rise for 10 minutes.
