Ingredients

    2 lbs Ground beef, lean
    1 C Sweet Red Peppers, diced
    1.5 C Mushrooms, Chopped
    1 Medium Onion, Diced
    2 bags Italian Mia Cheese Ravioli
    2 bags CoraBella Ravioli
    1.5 tsp Cracked Pepper
    1 tsp Dry Italian Seasoning
    1.5 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Cook Ravioli as package directs and drain

While Ravioli is cooking chop and dice needed vegetables and set aside.

In a bowl combine: 2 lbs lean ground beef with pepper, garlic powder, and italian seasoning. Drop in chunks into skillet and let brown. Toss/Stir occassionally. When beef is almost cooked add the peppers, onions, and mushrooms (in that order) and cook. when meat is browned (should not have to drain but if oily drain) add pasta sauce and stir til warmed.

When Sauce and Ravioli are cooked combine together and serve. makes about 20 3-4 cup servings.
